Certification

Certification reviews are available for those who have successfully completed Qualification as an MBSR Teacher, for several different levels of credentialing.  I follow the standards of the IMI Network's Framework for the Integrity of Mindfulness-Based Programs. The following certifications are available:

• Certified MBSR Teacher (Level 2)
• Senior MBSR Teacher (Level 3)

Certification reviews are more than just a one-time review of course materials, and include live course attendance on my part, reflection sessions where we explore your experience as a teacher, and potential additional requirements to ensure your readiness for certification.  If you would like to learn more, please set up a time for us to talk.
