This program has beneficial outcomes for stress, depression, anxiety, burnout, improved sleep, better concentration, increased compassion, and deeper listening, based on four decades of research.  MBSR has been the gold standard secular mindfulness program since its development by Jon Kabat-Zinn in the 1970’s at the University of Massachusetts.

Life holds many challenges, including times of financial difficulties.  Scholarships are available for those who are experiencing significant hardships, enabling participation regardless of current monetary constraints.

The process is simple: send an email and let me know what's going on.  There is no lengthy application to fill out, no tests, no judgments, and what you share is kept in the strictest confidence.  I've had limitations, too; you're not alone, and you deserve to be able to participate just like everyone else.

If your circumstances are a good fit for a scholarship, you can take the course with Donation Based Registration.  It's not free, it's not a hand out, it's a hand up.  You pay whatever you can as a one-time donation.  The amount is up to you, from what you get out of the course, balanced with your circumstances, asking that you contribute in the spirit of generosity as Donation Based Registration is intended.
