Mentoring and Supervision

Based on your needs, both Mentoring and Supervision are available, which are different processes and relationships than one-time Consulting.

Supervision is a limited-duration series of sessions, and is specific to teachers of programs like MBSR, Burnout Prevention & Remediation, Mindfulness Foundations, and other courses.  The purpose of Supervision is to identify and address your needs as a teacher, fostering the best possible outcomes for your participants, and ensuring the integrity of the course is held to the highest standards of delivery.  Supervision is focused on the course, your development as a teacher of it, and may be part of a Certification review.

Mentoring is an open-ended relationship, based on your interests and aspirations.  The purpose and organization of the Mentoring process is designed collaboratively, is unique to you, and is regularly revised based on new learnings, capabilities, and experiences.  Mentoring is less about a particular course, and more about your personal growth.  I adhere to the standards and best practices of the International Mentoring Center.

Note that Mentoring and Supervision sessions are both done live online via Zoom, so please ensure some familiarity with the tool.  You can Join a Zoom Meeting Test if you're new to the application.

Mentoring and Supervision sessions are $150 per hour each, minimum one hour regardless of the time spent in the session, payable in advance.  You can schedule a free call to hear more, and see if Supervision or Mentoring might be a good next step for you.
