Help Prevent Nurse Burnout

If you are a nurse who's burning out or already burned out, I need your guidance and insight to create a program that can:

 

  • Combat exhaustion.
  • Establish work / life balance.
  • Regain mental and emotional stability.
  • Reconnect to your passion for this caring profession.

 

What's needed is you -- your experiences, what you're encountering and struggling with, and what MUST be included in a program to help you and other nurses who may be considering leaving the profession.  You help others every day, and it's overdue that you get the support you need.
