Exploring Mindfulness in Everyday Life

Mindfulness Voyage provides courses, programming, and community connection for those new to meditation and mindfulness, supervision for teachers, and consulting for companies and organizations just curious about contemplative practice.  We speak with experts, researchers, authors, and teachers about how mindfulness can make a difference with depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, as well as living a more rich and vibrant life.
