Cheryl B. Engelhardt
Cheryl B. Engelhardt joins us to speak about Anxiety, Mindfulness, and Music.
As most of the listeners to this podcast likely know, mindfulness is not just about our time on the cushion during formal practice. It’s about how we meet the world, the time of our lives, and that includes music.
Cheryl B. Engelhardt is a composer and songwriter. Her newest record “Luminary” has already hit iTunes and Amazon charts even weeks before its release. Cheryl received degrees in Biology and in Music from Cornell University, studied orchestration at Juilliard, then began her tenure as a composer for films, ads, theater, and choirs, as well as a touring pop recording artist.
